  • 2026 Interest Forms are now open and can be found on our home page! They will be open until November 30, 2025

    Villains & Vixens 2026 Tickets

  • Yes, all Villains & Vixens events are 18+ only

  • There will be 1,500 tickets available

  • With Universe, you have the option of dividing the payment for your ticket(s) into a payment plan. If you opt-in to a payment plan, Universe adds a one-time $15 nonrefundable fee at checkout. (This fee goes directly to Universe and unfortunately can’t be waived).

    Here are the payment due dates:

        ⁃    1st payment: at time of purchase

        ⁃    2nd payment: December 5th, 2025

        ⁃    3rd payment: January 5th, 2026

        ⁃    4th payment: February 5th, 2026

    If you purchase your ticket after any of the due dates outlined above, the remaining ticket balance will be split among the remaining payments on the schedule. 

    Example: If you purchase a ticket on December 10th, your total will be divided into three payments— one right away and the next two on the scheduled dates. 

    Please note payment plans will not be available after January 1st, 2026.

  • If the automated payment fails, the buyer will be notified via email, and they will be given 10 days to correct their payment on Universe. If no correction is made, the order will automatically be cancelled and the ticket no longer valid.

  • Yes, one person can check in for multiple attendees, as long as they have the matching ID for each ticket. (i.e. photo of the persons ID they are picking up for on their phone)

  • Yes - There will be a room block, link to the room block will be included with ticket purchase.

  • The room block rate is $219/night + taxes and additional fees

  • The daily rate is $20. For those staying on-site this includes in and out privileges and will be automatically discounted on your hotel bill when you notify them you will be parking during check-in.

    For those not staying on-site at the hotel parking does not include in/out privileges and you will be charged $20 every time you enter/leave the garage.

  • Yes, we will have security present during all event hours

  • Absolutely! If you are an attendee and need additional assistance during Villains & Vixens, a form will be available closer to the event in order for us to help ensure Villains & Vixens is a great experience for you. 

  • Yes, we will be utilizing a wrist band system and authors who we are anticipating will have long lines will be ticketed for crowd control purposes.

    More information on who will be a ticketed author will be announced closer to the event date.

  • Yes, we will be having volunteer interest forms at a later date as we get closer to the event.

  • Yes, you can bring your own books. Some authors will have books for purchase at their table and many will have pre-orders.

  • You can bring as many books as you desire, however, there is a limit of three (3) books per signing author.

  • Yes - Backpacks, small upright carts or wheeled bags will be permitted. No wagons, suitcases or flat carts will be permitted.
