Yes, the name on the ticket needs to match the ID of the attendee checking in at registration.

If you are buying multiple tickets and aren’t sure who is going with you just yet, you will have the ability to change/edit the name yourself through Universe after purchase.

Name changes can be done up to 1 day prior to the event.

How to change the name: You can edit the information on a ticket in your order from the My Tickets page in your Universe.com account. Select the More button beside the ticket you would like to edit and then click the Edit Guest Info option from the dropdown menu and update the attached form!

Yes, a dedicated resale thread will be posted in the attendee Facebook group later this year.

When you’re ready to resell your ticket, you will post in the thread what you are looking to sell and once a buyer is found, you’ll complete a form provided by our team to document the exchange and you will be sent instructions on how to complete the transfer.

All ticket resales must be documented by Villains & Vixens and sold at face value or a discounted price, no upcharging allowed.

Yes, as long as you are 18 years old by the time of the event you can still purchase a ticket.
