Universe Ticket FAQs

  • There will be 1,500 tickets available

  • Ticket purchases are limited to 2 per transaction. However, there is no total purchase limit, pending availability.

  • Universe Accepts all Major Debit/Credit Cards - Visa, American Express, Discover, and Mastercard.

    Google/Apple Pay are also accepted when checking out through the Universe.com website. 

  • Yes, the name on the ticket needs to match the ID of the attendee checking in at registration.

    If you are buying multiple tickets and aren’t sure who is going with you just yet, you will have the ability to change/edit the name yourself through Universe after purchase.

    Name changes can be done up to 7 days prior to the event.

  • Yes, you will have the ability to edit the name yourself through Universe after you purchase your ticket. 

  • Yes, a dedicated resale thread will be posted in the attendee Facebook group no sooner than January 2026.

    When you’re ready to resell your ticket, you will posted in the thread what you are looking to sell and once a buyer is found, you’ll complete a form provided by our team so we can process the transfer. All ticket resales must be completed by Villains & Vixens and sold at face value, no upcharging allowed.

  • Yes, as long as you are 18 years old by the time of the event you can still purchase a ticket.

  • No - Tickets are NON-REFUNDABLE.
