Ticket purchases are limited to 2 per transaction. However, there is no total purchase limit, pending availability.

Universe Accepts all Major Debit/Credit Cards - Visa, American Express, Discover, and Mastercard.

Google/Apple Pay are also accepted when checking out through the Universe.com website. 

With Universe, you have the option of dividing the payment for your ticket(s) into a payment plan. If you opt-in to a payment plan, Universe adds a one-time $15 nonrefundable fee at checkout. (This fee goes directly to Universe and unfortunately can’t be waived).

Here are the payment due dates:

    ⁃    1st payment: at time of purchase

    ⁃    2nd payment: December 5th, 2025

    ⁃    3rd payment: January 5th, 2026

    ⁃    4th payment: February 5th, 2026

If you purchase your ticket after any of the due dates outlined above, the remaining ticket balance will be split among the remaining payments on the schedule. 

Example: If you purchase a ticket on December 10th, your total will be divided into three payments— one right away and the next two on the scheduled dates. 

Please note payment plans will not be available after January 1st, 2026.

If the automated payment fails, the buyer will be notified via email, and they will be given 10 days to correct their payment on Universe. If no correction is made, the order will automatically be cancelled and the ticket no longer valid.

Yes, the name on the ticket needs to match the ID of the attendee checking in at registration.

If you are buying multiple tickets and aren’t sure who is going with you just yet, you will have the ability to change/edit the name yourself through Universe after purchase.

Name changes can be done up to 7 days prior to the event.

Yes, you will have the ability to edit the name yourself through Universe after you purchase your ticket. 

Yes, a dedicated resale thread will be posted in the attendee Facebook group no sooner than January 2026.

When you’re ready to resell your ticket, you will posted in the thread what you are looking to sell and once a buyer is found, you’ll complete a form provided by our team so we can process the transfer. All ticket resales must be completed by Villains & Vixens and sold at face value, no upcharging allowed.

Yes, as long as you are 18 years old by the time of the event you can still purchase a ticket.
